Found - Competitions terms and conditions

The promoter is: Found Ltd whose registered office is at Hawkesbury, Braye du Valle, Guernsey.

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Found and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

FRIDAY FREEBIE COMPETITION

• The Friday Freebie competition will run once every week from Monday 8th to Monday 29th November.  

• To enter the competition: 

  1. Tag a friend on one of our Instagram “Friday freebie” posts (1 entry); 

  2. Like one of our Instagram “Friday freebie” posts (1 entry); 

  3. Download the Found app, sign up to Found  and register your bike (including make, model, colour, 1 picture of the bike and the bike value) (2 entries). 

• You can enter through all methods above with a maximum of 4 entries per Instagram account per week.

• Entry deadline is 8am (GMT) each Monday the competition is running . Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted. 

• Winners will be randomly drawn out of all entries each week. 

• Winners will be notified via a DM on Instagram each week on Tuesday until the competition runs out on 30th nov 2021. 

 

MAKE IT FOUND MONDAY COMPETITION (22/11)

• The Make It Found competition will run on Monday 22nd November 

• To enter the competition like Found’s Make It Found Instagram post, comment with your snack of choice and tag a friend too. 

• Maximum 1 entry per Instagram account.

• The Entry deadline is Tuesday 23rd November at 23:59pm. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted. 

• The winner will be randomly selected from all entries. 

• The winner will be notified via a DM on Instagram. 

 

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

• The prizes are as follows: 

  • FRIDAY FREEBIE- 10 Found waterproof bike seat covers/week to be won. 1 prize per winner. Gifts will be sent out within 30 days of winners being drawn and announced. 

  • MAKEITAFOUNDMONDAY - 1 large organic veg box from Riverford Organics worth £20.55 + delivery. Box contents may vary based on seasonal produce available. Please allow up to 14 days for prize delivery to be confirmed. 

• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

• The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

• FRIDAY FREEBIE The winners of the prize draw will be drawn by mid day each Tuesday of the competition running, after being selected at random from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.

• MAKE IT A FOUND MONDAY The winner of the prize draw will be drawn on Tuesday 30th Nov, after being selected at random, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents

•  A list of winners will be announced in Instagram Stories each Tuesday as well.

• The promoter will notify the winner(s) of the prize draw(s) through a DM on Instagram. It is the responsibility of the winner to supply their chosen delivery address for their prize to be posted to, within the next 28 days. The delivery address must be in mainland UK, and exclude special delivery type addresses (including PO boxes…). 

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Guernsey law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey.

• The winners agree to the use of their names and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

• All winners’ names will be available 28 days after each week’s closing date by emailing the following address: hello@found.cloud

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Found and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://found.cloud/legal/

• Found shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

• Found also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
